⚠Prohibited Content Policy

No NSFW · No nudity · No adult or sexual content. Toyify does not generate sexual, pornographic, or explicit imagery. Content depicting or sexualizing minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported. Violations result in immediate denial of service, refusal of refund, and report to the relevant authorities.

1. The service

Toyify generates AI-rendered stylized images from photos you upload. Output is for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it.
You must not upload images that are illegal, infringing, or depict people without their consent.
You are responsible for the content you upload.

3. Ownership of output

You may use the generated variants for personal use. We retain the right to display anonymized samples for the purpose of demonstrating the service.

4. No warranty

AI output is subjective and results vary. We make no guarantee that any specific style or quality will be achieved. The service is provided "as is".

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Creem, at checkout. Pricing is shown on the product page before you pay.

6. Prohibited Content (No NSFW)

You may not upload any photo, and Toyify will not generate any output, that contains or depicts any of the following:

Nudity, sexual, or sexually explicit content.
Adult, pornographic, or NSFW (not safe for work) content.
Content depicting or sexualizing minors in any way.
Non-consensual intimate or explicit imagery of any person.
Content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that is hateful, threatening, violent, or otherwise harmful.

Uploading prohibited content is a breach of these Terms. Violations result in immediate denial of service, may be refused a refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
