Preview before you pay

Toyify shows you four watermarked preview variants before you pay. The HD unlock is sold as a final, viewable-then-buy purchase — by the time you pay, you have already seen the output.

When refunds apply

• The HD images failed to generate or load after payment.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The order never delivered due to a system error on our side.

When refunds do not apply

• You dislike the result after seeing and accepting the preview.
• You changed your mind about the uploaded photo.
• You did not download the HD files within the retention window.

How to request

Email vankocl@agent.qq.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order ID (shown after you upload). Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through PayPal.
