Acceptable Use Policy

Toyify is a fun, novelty toy-figurine generator. It must not be used to create sexual, explicit, hateful, or deceptive content, or to misuse anyone's likeness. Violations result in immediate denial of service, refusal of refund, and — where required — a report to the relevant authorities.

1. What Toyify is for

Toyify turns a photo you provide into a single stylized, collectible 3D toy-figurine image for personal, novelty use. You may only upload photos that you own or have explicit permission to use, and only of people who have consented to being depicted.

2. Prompt and content screening

Every generation request is screened by an automated content-moderation service (the Creem Moderation API) before any image is produced. Prompts or inputs that are assessed as policy-violating are blocked and no image is generated. We may also refuse, block, or remove content based on manual review.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not upload, request, label, or attempt to generate any of the following:

Nudity, sexual, or sexually explicit content.
Pornographic or adult (NSFW) content.
Any content depicting or sexualizing minors. This is strictly prohibited, will not be generated, and will be reported.
Non-consensual intimate or explicit imagery of any person.
Deepfakes, face-swaps, or likeness manipulation intended to deceive, defraud, harass, extort, or impersonate a real person.
Content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that promotes violence or harm.
Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights.
Any attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or its moderation controls.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the photos and text you submit and for the consequences of any image you create with Toyify. You agree to indemnify Toyify against claims arising from your use.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, block requests, withhold outputs, and refuse refunds for violations of this policy. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors or non-consensual imagery — will be reported to the relevant authorities.
